Refund and cancellation

These terms apply when you pay for a planning session or related deliverable from Junction Career Planning Co., Ltd.
Eligibility
Refunds may be available if you cancel within the agreed window before a session starts or if we cancel on our side.
Cancellation by you
- More than 72 hours before the scheduled start: full refund of prepaid session fees.
- 24–72 hours before: 50% refund or one reschedule at no extra charge (proposed).
- Less than 24 hours before or no-show: no refund; reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule with 48+ hours notice per booking (proposed). Further changes may incur an administrative fee stated in your confirmation email.
Work already delivered
If a written action plan has been sent, session fees for completed work are non-refundable. Partial refunds may apply only for unused prepaid follow-up time, assessed case by case.
How to request a refund
Email info@api-junction.digital or call +66-2-235-6814 with your name, session date, and payment reference. We aim to confirm within 5 business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days (proposed). Bank transfer refunds follow Thai banking cut-off times.
Exceptions
Promotional or third-party vouchers may carry separate rules disclosed at purchase.
