What we collect

• Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, and your message.
• Cookie preference: whether you accepted or rejected non-essential storage, saved in your browser under the key jcp_cookie_consent.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.

• Responding to your inquiry — legitimate interest and, where applicable, steps prior to a contract.
• Remembering your cookie choice — legitimate interest in respecting your preference.

Where data goes

Form submissions are sent as JSON via POST to /api/inquiry on the same domain. Our server staff use the content only to reply to you. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for unresolved matters or legal compliance, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@api-junction.digital — we respond within statutory timelines.

Security

We use HTTPS in production and limit access to inquiry data to staff who need it to respond.
